The Kerry Gleeson Centre is a grassroots, lived‑experience‑led mental health and suicide prevention charity providing barrier‑free, early support for individuals, families and communities across North Sydney. Where early support and shared understanding create connection and hope to prevent crisis.The Centre builds safe, trusted local spaces where people are heard, respected and supported through practical information, advocacy, wellbeing engagement and regular Mind Matters Sessions. By strengthening community connection, reducing stigma and making support feel accessible, the Centre contributes to a more responsive, aware and compassionate local partner landscape ensuring people receive help earlier and feel less alone in navigating distress, complexity or emerging crisis. All ages welcome, no eligibility or criteria - just as you are.
